1. Platform Overview & Acceptance
By registering an account, browsing marketplace listings, or publishing products on iDigitalCreator (the "Platform"), you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. These terms form a legally binding contract governing all creators, resellers, and digital asset buyers.
2. Creator Originality & IP Warranties
Creators guarantee that all uploaded deliverables are 100% original work or that the creator possesses all necessary legal commercial rights and distribution licenses. The upload of pirated software, cracked assets, copyrighted material without permission, or malicious code results in immediate permanent account termination and forfeiture of pending settlement balances.
3. Reseller Marketplace & Pricing Rules
Resellers may select approved digital products and distribute them through their branded white-label storefronts. Reseller retail prices must always be greater than or equal to the creator base price. Permanent store slugs are assigned upon registration and cannot be transferred.
4. Financial Settlement & Platform Fees
The standard platform fee (11%) is assessed strictly against the Creator Base Wholesale Price. The creator receives 89% of their declared wholesale price upon order completion. The reseller retains 100% of their retail markup margin (Customer Price − Base Price). All transactions are immutably registered in the platform ledger.
5. Digital Delivery & License Terms
Purchases confer a non-exclusive, non-transferable digital license to download and utilize the asset in accordance with the specified license tier. Public redistribution, file sharing, or unauthorized scraping of download tokens is strictly prohibited.
6. Dispute Resolution
Disputes between buyers, creators, or resellers are mediated by the iDigitalCreator compliance moderation team in accordance with platform audit logs and the Refund Policy.
