1. Information We Collect
iDigitalCreator collects essential operational information necessary to facilitate digital transactions, generate secure download links, and process creator/reseller payouts:
- Account Profile: Name, verified email address, and encrypted passwords.
- Financial Data: Payout settlement records, UPI IDs, and bank account numbers for creators and resellers.
- Transactional Records: Order numbers, product titles, download token IP hashes, and timestamp logs.
2. Payment Security & Tokenization
Payment transactions are processed through certified PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant gateway partners (PayU, Razorpay, Cashfree). iDigitalCreator never stores complete credit card numbers, CVVs, or online banking credentials on its servers.
3. Data Protection & Download Links
Digital downloads are delivered via temporary, cryptographically signed download tokens. Tokens automatically expire after fulfillment or 30 days to protect creators' proprietary intellectual property from unauthorized redistribution.
4. Cookies & Session Management
We use encrypted, secure HTTP-only cookies solely for user authentication, session security, and anti-CSRF token verification. We do not sell user data to third-party ad networks.
